PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Todd focuses his practice on all areas of commercial and residential real estate.  He is an authorized agent for First American Title Insurance Company and Alliant National Title Insurance Company, capable of handling varying types of residential and commercial closings.  Todd represents builders, developers, financial institutions and individuals in a wide variety of real estate matters.  Todd has extensive experience in representing commercial developers and developers of all types of single and multi family (primarily condominium) residential developments. 

 

In addition, he represents financial institutions for the closing and enforcement of all types of real-estate related loans.   Todd also focuses his practice on all areas of business law including company formations and organization, general corporate governance matters, business planning, and transactions. 

 

His practice also includes counseling with respect to ongoing business operations. Todd is capable of handling varying types of review, preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements for closely-held businesses. Todd has practiced law for over 15 years and has resided in Destin, Florida, since 2000.  He was formerly associated with the law firm of Burke & Blue PA managing it's Destin Office.
